Screening is required for all new friends. Employment Verification is the standard method, but I can also accept references or third-party verification such as Private Delights or P͙ 4 1 1 with a photo ID. A 20% minimum deposit is required for all dates. Also, be sure to read my cancellation policy residing on the etiquette page on my website. I reserve the right to require any additional screening when I feel appropriate. The easiest way to schedule an appointment with me is filling out the screening form on my website. You may also send me an email to screen with one of the options below. 1. Employment Verification Please provide your LinkedIn profile link or business card + photo of your ID or passport. 2. References Provide the names, websites + email addresses of the reputable provider(s) you have met in the past 6-12 months in order to verify positive history with them. Private Delights Verification Please send a screening request as well as an email introducing yourself with your requested day, time, location and length of the date as well as a photo ID. 4.
